名古屋市都市部の住宅街に建つ、鉄筋コンクリート造とCLT*が融合するハイブリッド構造の3階建て住宅。

鉄筋コンクリートのメインフレーム内部にCLTを十字に交差させながら積み重ねることで、大きな窓面と大空間のLDKを実現した。壁でもあり梁でもある積み重なるCLTは、空間同士をゆるやかに繋ぐ。構造体の鉄筋コンクリートとCLTをみせることで、素材感に富んだ力強くも柔らかさのある内部空間を目指した。

This three-story house in a residential area in urban Nagoya is a hybrid structure combining reinforced concrete and CLT*.

CLTs are stacked in a crisscrossing pattern inside the reinforced concrete main frame to create large windows and a spacious LDK. The stacked CLTs, which are both walls and beams, loosely connect the spaces. By showing the reinforced concrete structure and CLT, we aimed to create a strong yet soft interior space with a rich sense of materiality.
