マンションデベロッパー 生和コーポレーション株式会社と共に手掛けた、名古屋都市部の賃貸集合住宅。

風を積極的に室内に取り込むことで、閉鎖的になりがちな都心の賃貸住居の体験価値を高めることを目指した。
上下階で交互に張り出したバルコニーでたっぷりと光と風を受ける。風を集める工夫を施したバルコニーが室内に新鮮な空気を運ぶ。室内に導かれた風は、湿気がこもりやすいクローゼット、洗面、ユニットバスの天井を通り玄関をすり抜ける。風の通り道によって、外とのつながりを感じさせながら、空気環境を改善することを実現した。

Rental housing complex co-produced with major condominium developer SEIWA CORPORATION in urban Nagoya.

By actively bringing the wind into the rooms, we aimed to enhance the experience value of the rental housing in the city center, which tends to be closed off.
The balconies on the upper and lower floors, which alternate, receive plenty of light and wind. The balconies, which are designed to collect the wind, bring fresh air into the rooms. Breezes led into the rooms pass through the ceiling of the closet, washbasin, and unit bath, which are prone to moisture retention, and slip through the entranceway. The breezeway improves the air quality while creating a sense of connection with the outside.
